This sun soaked relaxing morning turned for the worst real quick when a small boat bringing supplies capsized. Papayo and I ran to fetch rope, but all we could find that would be useful was my hammock. We scurried over the rocks and as we got around the bend we anxiously searched for survivors, but all we could see was crates upon crates of soft drinks bobbing in the rough open waters. In the end all 3 men were saved only sustaining minor cuts, bruises and a serious loss as their brand new $5000 generator was now located somewhere on the oceans floor. On the beach for the next few hours random drinks would wash ashore, at nearly fridge temperature.
In the afternoon we went for a little hike down along the beaches and came by a number on monkeys, palms, sand, water and a joint generously passed around by a passer bye.
