PAMUKKALE . . . TURKEY
Pamukkale meaning "cotton castle" in Turkish, is a natural site in Denizli Province in southwestern Turkey. The city contains hot springs and travertines, terraces of carbonate minerals left by the flowing water.
Since we first started our trip we had always talked about getting up for sunrise at this magical place. We couldn't believe we were the only ones there to witness the suns first rays of the day.
